Step 2: Checkout
Complete checkout like any normal purchase. Enter your billing and shipping address (where you’d like your replacement sent).

Step 3: Choose Shipping Speed
Select your preferred shipping method. Standard, express, or overnight—we’ve got you covered.

Step 4: Payment
Complete payment with your preferred method. A shipping label will be generated and sent to you via email.

Step 5: We’ll Reach Out
Our team will verify your claim and send you a confirmation. Your replacement metal card ships within 5 business days, along with your original card.
